The Cazelles-Verdier estate was founded by the Verdier family in 1713. Located at the heart of the Minervois appellation close to the little village of Cazelles, the 20 hectares of vineyard are planted with Syrah, Grenache and Vieux Carignan in soils of clay-limestone. The heat from Mediterranean sun and the humidity coming from sea winds provide to the vines all the resources needed to make a good wine.

The vineyard is located at 150 m above sean level on old chalky and clayed terraces made from the Orbieu River. The climate is really mild and protected from the wind thanks to the hills and the Alaric Mountain. The yield is mastered at 30 hl/hectare.

Located at the heart of the Minervois appellation, Château de Pouzols covers 80 hectares. Vines are planted on facing clay and limestone terraces in an arid climate and sunshine for more than 300 days per year.

This wine estate is situated between Narbonne and Beziers, close to the amazing site – Oppidum d’Enserune. Jean Mamert fell in love with the abandoned wine estate and started restoring buildings, improving the vineyards and vinification methods. The system of drainage in star shape, implemented by the monk in the Middle-Age, makes the clay and limestone soil favourable to the vine culture. This vineyard is planted on 47 hectares.

Domaine du Mas Blanc

Berlou vineyard is located at the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Parc, on the narrowest part of the Cévennes mountains, facing the Mediterranean sea. The vines, aged more than 40 years, are 80% exposed to the South. The pebbly soil made from schist stores the sunny heat of the day and restores it at night.
